Meaning
The phrase life gets better can mean different things to different people. I asked some friends to share with me what life gets better means to them.
"Life Gets Better" is a mantra of hope. When I feel stuck in a rut, when I feel alone, when I feel hopeless, "Life Gets Better" reminds me that a new day is coming, a day full of joy and peace. It's super easy to placate negative feelings with toxic positivity, but "Life Gets Better" acknowledges that the here and the now might be heavy, might be awful, might be too much to bear.
However, it's also a beacon that points toward the hope of the future:
"There are brighter days ahead."
"There are good things coming."
"This life is full of beauty, and I can't wait for you to see it." Life gets better, friends. We will see goodness in this land of the living.

“life gets better. there are so many things i could say or share about my life and what life gets better means to me. but i can say this, no matter how difficult the highs and lows may be, it has been encouraging for me to remember that things won't always be as bad as they might be in the moment."

“Life gets better means that no matter how bad life gets, there is always a rainbow somewhere.
With chronic illness, we never know when our good days will turn into bad days or when our baseline makes a turn for the worse. With this being said, it's important to always remember how beautiful life is and how each moment of daily life is special.
When my life was taking a turn for the worst, Erin was my rainbow. She radiated positivity back into my life and for that I am forever grateful:) Life truly does always get better!”

This phrase, company, and the meaning behind them help instill hope in the lives of everyone who finds it. I am grateful that I am undoubtedly confident that life gets better. It makes it so much more enjoyable.”
